Terms of Service

By using WeddingFrame ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Who can use WeddingFrame

WeddingFrame is intended for professional wedding photographers and their clients. You must be 18 or older to create a photographer account. Client access via a shared link does not require an account.

Photographer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not share your account credentials with others.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you connect to WeddingFrame via Google Drive. By using the Service, you grant WeddingFrame a limited licence to access, display, and process your Drive files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share client photos via WeddingFrame and that your use complies with any agreements you have with your clients.

What we provide

WeddingFrame provides a platform for photo selection and album curation. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for data loss caused by Google Drive changes, network failures, or circumstances outside our control.

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by applicable law.

Free plan limits

Free plan accounts are limited to 2 wedding projects per calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store, share, or process illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use the Service in ways that violate Google's terms for Drive API usage
• Create accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon termination, your project data will be deleted within 30 days.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
